Our project was approved to raise funds through the ProAC ICMS 2025 development law, from the government of São Paulo/Brazil
The Lui & Bui project was approved to raise funds through the São Paulo development program ProAC ICMS, which operates through incentivized sponsorships and tax exemptions.
Any company can be a sponsor through ProAC ICMS, as long as it is a taxpayer of this tax and is up to date with its tax obligations. These, in turn, receive discounts on the tax due, as a way of encouraging sponsorship.
